About Me
My background
My name is Malikah Danyel Underwood. I love being me. I love to share beneficial knowledge for others to make informed decisions about their health. I trained from 2016-2017 and became certified as an Integrative Nutrition and Health Coach through IIN~Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I have trained as a Yoga Teacher and look forward to getting my breathwork facilitator credentials. I am here to share my journey, knowledge and awareness of the whole picture of health so that others with curiosity will explore it for themselves too. I also have 20 years of experience in the operating room as a Certified Surgical Technologist. My understanding and love of biology have continued to influence my career path.
Who I am
I love to love myself! I love that others love themselves too! I'm a mother of two girls, 24 & 14. I really enjoy sharing nutritional, fitness, emotional/mental well-being as well as spiritual practices for more enjoyment in life.
Things I love
I really love to encourage others and see them celebrating themselves! I really wish I had someone to help me more in that aspect during the early part of my health and wellness journey and so I'm here for others to assist them.
